      Ron was born in Los Angeles, California. At age six his family moved to Newport Beach where he graduated with honors from Newport Harbor High School in June, 1971. Ron has been married to Lisa since 1976. They have lived in San Diego County since 1976 and East San Diego County since 1979. They have three children, Aimée, Tyson, and Ashley.
